How to get your Upgrade
1. Choose your new device
2. Contact your Account Manager for your Trade Up package and details!
3. Return your original equipment to receive 100% of what you paid for your current hardware, up to a maximum of the cost of your new hardware.
Terms & Conditions
1. Customers may exchange any piece of Walsh hardware for the latest technology. Conditions are as follows:
- Hardware must have been purchased through Walsh
- Hardware must be currently licensed, and all accounts in good standing.
- Original package and accessories are appreciated (but not required)
- Each returned unit will be exchanged for a single new unit
- Customer must pay the difference, if any, between the net purchase cost of their old hardware and the new hardware
- Customer must pay the hardware configuration fee and shipping cost
2. All hardware upgraded must be licensed as per current contract conditions
3. Customer must have at least 12 months remaining on their contract. If not, then the customer must agree to a minimum of a 12 month renewal or to an extension as an amendment to the current PO
4. Customer must pay all costs in full or provide a valid PO
