Our Customer Process

Below are the steps that we tailor to ensure the quick and effortless integration of our solutions into your facility.
Understanding your needs
1In order to tailor each solution to you, we take the time to understand your needs. We will ask you questions and then guide you to whichever Walsh solution is best for you.
Introducing our solutions
2We host information sessions on a regular basis which help you better understand our solutions and technology. We take this opportunity to gather any information required to create a plan and proposal for you.
Try before you buy
3A great way to experience what Walsh will do for you is to try our systems at no cost and no risk. You won't simply download software; we lend you hardware, load our systems onto it, configure it to your unique needs and even train and support your people.
You commit
4Once you've made a decision, that's when we really get to work for you! We do everything necessary to get you up and running; order and configure necessary hardware, customize your database and work with your IT people until every issue is resolved. We know that your time is valuable and do our best to minimize interruptions.
Your learning center
5We recognize that great training is needed for great results. Our training professionals work closely with you and your team to ensure that everyone is properly trained. Whether during your rollout phase, a system upgrade or because you've hired new personnel, we are always available.
Our ongoing commitment to you
